Tap to Call not live on free listing

Hi

I notice the tap to call number is not live on free listings, is that right ? if so is there a way to make it live?

I would like to have the option to make phone numbers and webslinks 'clickable' for free listings. It would be another feature upgrade to have clickable links only in PREMIUM, but not in FREE - businesses would pay for this 'easier to contact' feature.

 

There is no difference between free and pro listing, If we talk about tap to call option.
Please check it again.

 

There is on mine, changed listing from free to premium and it was "live" changed it back to free and it is "not live"

Please download theme again from members area and upload it. It will resolve this issue.

 

That's a strange thing to have to do, why is that ? why wont simply updating to the latest version work ?

How will that effect all the existing settings on the site ?

 

Currently you are using version 1.7.2. Download download theme again from members area and upload it. It will resolve all issues occurring now a days. Your all previous settings will remain intact.

 

Sorry but I still don't understand why I have to do this, what is the reason? Just slightly reluctant to delete theme and reinstall are you 100% sure this will not delete all my existing settings/listings?

So upgrading to 1.7.3 wont resolve the problem, is it safe to upgrade to 1.7.3

No problem, You can update theme from 1.7.2 to 1.7.3 from your dashboard.
Don't worry it is safe and will resolve all your issues.

 

More confused than ever now!

I did suggest earlier on whether simply upgrading to 1.7.3 would resolve this problem but you said to download theme again.

Anyway just to be 100% clear. To solve this problem I do not need to download theme again, I can just update theme to 1.7.3 and problem will be solved?

Forget all previous posts. Just update theme now to the v1.7.3 from your dashboard. It will resolve all previous issues.

 

Ok I have upgraded to 1.7.3 but it has made no difference
see previous examples:

still no tap to call on free listing!!
