Search function broken

After the latest update on around March 2 or 3, 2013, my search fn. was working fine. It's now only March 9, 2012 ad it doesn't return any info when I place a simple search. It just goes to the page on the attached screenshot. Is there a way to reset it without losing data?

Nothing I put in the search queue works. Anything I type in the search queue comes back as not found.

Such issue is not occurring at our side, It maybe because of plugins you are using.
Deactivate all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

Same issue here, all plugins deactivated and no search function works. huge issue.

Problem resolved. Check your site.
Note: You have trashed search page. That's why this issue is occurring.
We have restored search page and also created custom menu on your dashboard.
All is working fine now.

Go to all pages > Trash > and restore search page from there.

It will resolve your problem.

I already have fix the problem. I know I deleted the search page but couldn't find this page anymore. There was no trash..

I have deleted all tables in my database and instaled the theme again. Now the search page is back and the search functions works..
