I am testing the entire payment process by having created a new user and entering info from a local business that I know. Here are the errors I've experienced so far: 1. The Payment Status page that I get redirected to after completing my payment successfully via PayPal has no information in any of the fields: Payment Status Your Post Name: Your Payment Status: Your Payment Amount: Your Payment Currency: Your Transaction ID: Payment Receiver Email: Payment Payer Email: ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ 2. I logged into the Admin Dashboard and went to: GeoCraft > Transactions There is no record of this recent purchase even though it was successfully paid for ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ 3. I went to Business Listings section in Admin and looked at the new account I had just created. It's showing as "Free" (Free is deactivated in the Payment section - only the Recurring is "Active") It's showing as "This listing has expired" Theme Options > Listing Settings both Free and Premium are set to "pending" since I am going to review, edit, and optimize all of my new listings before they go live. The listing shows "pending" under the listing name These errors are a major hurdle preventing me from going live. Please advise how to correct, thank you!
Same general issue as described by Roger above here with the exception that in my case, when the payment via Paypal is complete, the page I'm directed to is This is somewhat embarrassing, isn’t it? and when I click on Payment Status in the menu I get the same as Roger: Payment Status Your Post Name: Your Payment Status: Your Payment Amount: Your Payment Currency: Your Transaction ID: Payment Receiver Email: Payment Payer Email: This is also preventing me to move ahead and go live.
@Rogerschnur, 1. I made a test payment with paypal using sandbox account, The payment system is working perfectly. you can see some screenshots which are i captured during test payment. 2. Until the payment successful, transaction record will not saved. If issues still occur, please send me your access details on my pm.
Hello, This issue is resolved it latest version of theme, Please update your theme from members area. It will resolve this issue.
Nitesh, I installed 1.7.5 and it didn't resolve the issue. Is there a newer version coming up that is not showing yet?
