Blog Page Issue: Eroneous Info Showing up

Hello.
Please help me figure out why the business name, address, and phone number are showing up on this blog page:

Specifically, this info should not be showing up in the first test post on this blog page:
"Sweet D’z Express Bakery1912 S Walton Blvd, Ste E Bentonville, AR, 72712 USA [email protected] •&nbsp(479) 553-7273"

Interestingly, the address info moves with the number of posts. It stays in the first post on the blog page.

The info does not show up on the post itself.
