Pages Navigation menu not working on mobile devices

Please advise a fix for the pages navigation menu. It is not working on any mobile devices. Will not drop down to the pages within the site. They display for a brief second and then disappear.

FYI I have found and fixed the problem with the theme.
The problem is that the 'mobile-menu.js' script gets included twice at the end of footer.php
Once explicitly, then a second time by the wp_footer() function.
It works fine if its only included once.

We have visited your website the problem is occurring due to any one of the plugin you are using, Deactivate all plugins one by one and checkout which plugin creating this problem.

 

don't think it's a plug in issue as I have the same issue. is there a certain line or code to remove? what is it?
