Need Help!! Expired Listings

On my site that i have built- I have manually entered all of the listings to start off.

3 of my listings have now expired and despite my best efforts I have no idea how to publish and make them live again- they just stay in draft mode.

I am pretty sure I have the latest version of the theme so I don't know why this is happening.

I really need to get these listings back up ASAP so any help would be much appreciated.

I suppose that you have gone to your admin area>business listings, located the listing, clicked 'quick edit' or 'edit' and used the status 'dropdown' to publish the listing again?

Hi roger - thanks for the suggestion- I just now tried to do as you stated with the quick edit and drop down and still cannot get it to work.

Support!- I need to get these listing back up - Please advise!!

 

I am having the same issues. I also tried to change to publish and when i hit the publish button it brings up a blank screen. I have even tried to change the payment option $0 and it would not save to the renew screen. I need to get my 100 listings back up or i will have some upset clients. I have already received a lot of comments from consumers that use the sit about this problem. Need answers SUPPORT.

 

SUPPORT???? Where are you? I need a solution to this problem immediately.

Support- I received your email and I notice that 2 of my listings are now restored.

However, I still have a problem- As I stated before- I myself as the admin have directly set up the listings on my site and have chosen 2 or 3 of them to be paid/premium listings on the backend manually.
In your message to me you- and when I go to relist the paid listing- it says I need to pay for the listing!? Can I not as the admin of my own site- just relist the paid listing without actually going through the motions of
making a paypal payment......to myself....LOL

I hope you understand what I mean because I still cannot restore one of my listings.

 

Hello Natish, sorry to come into this thread but I will be in same situation in 2 days, I have a site that I spoke to you about previously with a mix of Free and Premium listings that I added and they had all reset to expire at the same time on one of the theme updates. Will this mean that I will not be able to renew all of the listings from admin? they were all added from the admin, both Free and Premium paid examples, just I am now promoting this site and do no want all listings to be down as they all expire at the same time, 60 of them!

Please advise before the big day

We have received request from different users regarding setting listing expiry period from backend dashboard and we are working on adding the feature so that users can set the expire time of paid listing from the dashboard. The new theme update will come by 30th April which will allow you to do that.

 

Phew!! All my listings expire tomorrow, I will wait till update comes. thank you Nitesh

Hi,

Look at " listing renewal period" setting , if it set to 0 , you will not be able to renew it when it expire. Be sure that you set it to like " 30 days "f or exemple and then you can renew the listing. i have got the same problem and resolved it like that.

Hello Nitesh, just to update you on listings expiring on website, ALL listings have just expired, 69 listings all expired at the same time 12 mins ago, and on checking in admin panel NO listings will permit me to renew, Free OR Paid. All 69 have been added from back end admin in full detail with all links images and full content, are listed in Google and all have be SEO'd . Please advise what to do, if I leave them until the new update I will loss all work and expense in getting the site listed over the past month.

Could you please advise where or how to correct this, I have previously warned all listings reset to renew at one time with theme update and support advise me all would be ok and could renew. If I can now relist all please advise on procedure in steps .

Appreciate assistance ASAP please.

Hello Support, any updates on this problem? will this be addressed in the new theme update at end of the month
or is it now not possible to renew expired listings for admin backend, need to know!!
Site now has not any listings active.

The update is available for this issue, you can update the theme to latest version 1.7.6 now and it will resolve this issue automatically for you. You will see an added field displaying Date and Time of expiry of the listings. As admin you can change that to any date you want.

Here is the changelog of updates done in Version 1.7.6
----------------------------------------------------------
1. Earlier expired listing can't be renewed from Admin Dashboard. Now Admin can set any expiry date for the listing.
2. Earlier free Listings can't be featured on Homepage or Category Page Top Slider by Site Admin. Now it can be done by Admin from his dashboard.
3. Change User Password from front end wasn't working from clients dashboard. Now Fixed
