Normally, the Contact Form (with blue header) is positioned in the right column directly under the Business Details section. When a review is posted, for some reason the contact form and Recent Listings all move under the Location Map in the left column.

This issue is already resolved in updated version of Geocraft theme, Please update your theme, This will solve your issue.
