    Hello support,
This has been discussed on threads but could you please advise if it would be possible to add a link on the clients admin login page to accept the terms and conditions as I think this is the best position, being before the client would sign up for an account, or maybe best to add at the bottom of the listing page before submitting listing. If either of there are feasible could you please advise on page name and code areas to add the link.

    Best regards Tob

    Ideas --
    • Add terms and conditions on transaction page where you set the payment terms for free, one-time and reoccuring payments. Since all category options are shown, list once and then state you agree to terms and conditions as shown as above.
    • Placement in footer
    • If you are using another wordpress classified plug-in. You can add terms within plugin or short introductory that shows up everytime.

    Greetings

Can you share more on how you add the terms and conditions on the transaction page. I have had to add a link at the top of my main page - see here http://www.nzcbd.co.nz

The page itself is already in my footer with the page widget.

Hi, it could be good added on the transactions page as you say, I added it on the admin login page but maybe not a good idea taking the clients away from logging in or signing up, your front page may be best idea, even if added to the sidebar in a widget would be good..

    Cheers Tob

I think you have the best solution of adding it at the top before the home page banner. In transaction page I just listed info under each type of subscription.

    Hey Tob

    Thanks for the reply.

Good idea for about adding info in the payment options - I will do this as well.

I think maybe if the team here created a log-in / register widget that could be put in the side bar and contained within the widget was something similar to what I have on the front page.

Even if someone was running a FREE directory having terms and conditions is important just for protection of yourself and the clients listing. So agreement to term and conditions should be an important part of the themes workings.

There are different options that could be used

    1. In the regisratation form
    2. In the add listing form right at the top. (could be an option that could be turned on / off)
    3. Side bar log-in / register widget

There maybe other options others could think of to deal with this issue. Adding it to the main page is only meant to be a fill in until some better solutions were implemented. Having that text and link there does not help the design of the site in my opinion.

    Just my thoughts.
