Mobile Devise Menu

Hello - I use your infoway theme. On my iphone the menu will not drop down when selected. Can this be corrected? Thank you!

We have visited your website the problem is occurring due to any one of the plugin you are using, Deactivate all plugins one by one and checkout which plugin creating this problem.

 

I deactivated each of my plug-ins one by one and this did not correct the problem Any other ideas?

I can confirm that the plugin Jetpack (2.3) causes the 'Page Navigation Menu' button to not work correctly on iPhone devices. Specifically when the menu button is clicked no drop down menu is displayed and instead the screen scrolls to the top of the page.
This is quite frustrating as Jetpack is created by Wordpress and comes bundled with the installation so I would expect this theme to be compatible with it especially as the features in Jetpack are quite good and seems to be used a lot.

Can you please inform me of a fix for this issue.

Over 6 months have passed and there is still no fix for this issue?

Our themes are compatible with Jetpack plugin.
We have checked Infoway theme again with the latest Jetpack plugin(2.9) and it is working fine.
We haven't found such issue at our side.

This issue has not been resolved. As soon as I activated the Jetpack plugin the menu stopped working on mobile devices.
I have checked this on iPhone 4S, iPhone 5 and Nokia Lumia.
This issue is on several of our websites using different Inktheme wordpress themes.

Updated login details have been sent.

There is also an issue with the page titles.
If they are too long then they will not display properly on mobile devices.
This is because the 'page-heading' overflow is set to hidden but even when set to visible the grey background box does not stretch to match the text. Just thought I'd let you know.
