HOME is not appearing in my top menu

Why isn't HOME appearing in my top menu bar?

 

Hello,

Go to
Appearance > Menus
Create a custom menu and only add the pages that you want to show in the navigation bar.

 

I have done this on two of my sites and it has not worked on either one.
