Payment Problems

Hello

I have Geocraft version 1.7.7 on Wordpress 3.5.2 at www.LightStalking.com.au

I have Free Listing active. I have recurring listing active. (Single paid listing is NOT active).

All submissions are set to pending. Screenshot:

Now, if a user submits a Premium, recurring listing, but does NOT complete the payment process, the listing goes live as a free listing. (It should go to pending.) Here is a video of me making a premium listing, not completing the payment, then going back to the main site and the listing is live (at the free level). The listing should be pending.

Can you please advise on what I should do?

Just wondering if anybody else has had this problem?

It seems there was a similar issue ni 2012, but I cannot find the solution. If anyone can point me to the solution or know of one that they can tell me here, it would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, There's a little issue with the theme. Which is resolved now.
Please download theme from your members area and upload it.

I am using the latest version and this issue still exists, where you back out of making payment at Paypal and the listing goes live as a free listing not pending as the theme settings are set to. This bug has been around for a while now any chance of it being corrected?

Hello,

Go to your members area. Download "Geocraft theme". Copy its "module_functions.php" and "listing_submit.php" files and replace them with theme's current files.

1) geocrafttheme\library\controls\module_functions.php

2) geocrafttheme\library\front_end\listing_submit.php

It will resolve this issue.

 

Next time this should be sticky'd or an email regarding issues with theme should be sent out.

I was using 1.7.7 the whole time and did not realize this problem existed.
