I have tried the following: 1. Install standard WP theme, delete appointway theme, FTP appointway theme. 2. Use FTP to over-write existing appointway theme files in wp-content/themes Neither work. The CAPTCHA does not work, the appointment form now becomes a plain text form. Please refund my account as the support is almost nil and I have been waiting 2 weeks since 1.07 was released with a net result of a solution that works less well then the original 1.05. Regards,
ok, I set-up a brand new domain and loaded WP from scratch along with appointway 1.07. All looks better with form displaying correctly and in widget. Basic Captcha also present. Can you please now advise how I get my website at www.011-electrician.co.za to work without having to follow the steps above. i.e. I tried FTP with over-write. I deleted appointway from wp-content/themes and reinstalled, but does not work. If I need to perform a free install of wordpress I will lose all the work so far. I need a step by step guide please. ps - why can I not simply do an upgrade of the theme from within wordpress as most theme providers supply! J.

Hello, There is no need to go through FTP. Just go to your dashboard. Activate WordPress default theme like "Twenty Ten" and delete "Appointway theme". After that click "Install theme" and upload updated theme from your system. Or Just rename updated theme which you have downloaded from your members area. After that click "Install theme" and upload renamed theme from your system. Note:- If you are doing some custom changes in the themes .php files then you can use child theme to save your changes. Yes, I tried that. I already posted it did not work? Hence I tried the FTP route. On trying the above again, I now see new options in the theme? Custom Leads Form" and "Lead Capture" ... hmmm. I will try it out later today and advise.
ok, this is a new version? It is different to my original 1.05 and different from the 1.07 I loaded on a fresh WP install?? 1. There is no captcha - there was on fresh install 2. All fields are now required Guys, you are making this VERY difficult!
