unable to use theme option of Black Rider Pro Responsive Theme

I want to change the theme color under theme option->styling options ->theme stylesheets->color

but it'll not changed and it redirects to theme customization page.

I've also just discovered this issue, not had it with any other theme. Uninstalled/Reinstalled it a couple of times now with the same issue

 

I'm having exactly the same issue - the theme options panel does not work at all - I have posted about having trouble with one area of the theme options panel on this theme today already - but I have checked and it is all areas of the theme options panel that does not work - it just redirects you to dashboard
Please advise as I have client waiting for website

I just purchased this particular theme yesterday and nothing at all is updating for me either. It's been my experience using their other themes that they fix things quickly, so hopefully as soon as they are finished with their holiday and see that there is a problem, they'll fix it quickly.

 

Same problem for me!! just bought this theme, and customization is not working as previous post described. More over the uploads buttons in theme options are not working either. The srtange is tha lite version was working really fine!
PLEASE FIX ASAP OR GIVE MY MONEY BACK!

Hello, it seems fixed except that is not possible to have any logo displayed but just site name and description. By default it keeps your company logo and is not possible to remove it. Moreover I whould like to know how to modify header slideshow speed.

To upload your logo,
Go to the Appearance > Theme Options > General Settings > Custom Logo in your dashboard
and upload your logo image from Custom Logo section.

To modify the slider speed,
Go to js > custom.js present in your theme directory and follow the instruction shown in the image given below.

Now,
Paste the following code in your Custom CSS
(Appearance -> Theme Options -> Styling Options -> Custom CSS)

Code:

.logo h1 a {
color: white;
}

Inplace of "white" you can put your color or color code.
This will solve your issue.

 

I am unable to install theme into word press. It keeps saying file is exceeding limit. I checked my c panel and my space is set to unlimited. Please help.

Hi, Just downloaded Black Riders theme.

When I update the background image, it puts it "literally" in the background as opposed to where it's supposed to go, which is in the grey 1960x200 slot.

How can I get the image in the 1960x200 slot? Which is where it is supposed to go to
