Limit access for other users on my site?

Is there a way to create users to update, upload pics, write blogs, etc.. and limit access from the payment section and other sections on geo craft ? I check search engine for similar questions but couldn't find any.

I believe this is what you are asking for.
To limit a page by user role.

IE: if user is paid, then to not allow access.
