duplicate page in menu & issue with social media links - help!

I'm new to wordpress and not quite sure what I am doing!

I thought I had deleted my home page so then created a new one and now 2 home pages are showing on my menu bar.

I'm not quite sure how to delete the one I don't want?

Also, the social media links don't seem to be working correctly - what have I done wrong?

I always set up a custom menu and use it as my navigation menu. Do that and you will just show the one home page you want and not both. Hope the attachments will help clarify for you.

To solve the 2 Home Pages Issue.​

Follow the steps below.​

​

Step 1: Make sure you dont add a new page named "Home". The Themes comes with its own Home Page and therefore there is no need to Add a "Home" Page. If you have already added the new page named "Home", you need to delete that.​

Step 2: Make sure you have your reading settings appear as shown below.​

​

This will solve your 2 Home Pages issue.​

For this issue,​

Go to the Appearance > Theme Options > Footer Settings and​

paste the URL address of social logos in their respective section.​

I have fixed my social media issue but have another question. We don't use twitter but have a second facebook page because we have 2 locations. Is it somehow possible to have 2 links to Facebook?

Regarding my home page issues, I thought I had deleted the home page so then went and recreated another not realising the original was somehow still there! My issue now is trying to work out which is the original and which is not?
