How to make a video featured on the HOME page

How do I make a video featured on the HOME page so it is there all the time?

I was hoping for something else from this request... or maybe I am just not figuring it out. It looks like this enables us to toggle the "recommended" videos. I was hoping this would allow us to specify the main hero video in the player. Right now it just plays the most recent video. This doesn't really work for us.

Theme set latest featured video as a main video and also list four latest featured videos as a recommended videos.
