Hi support team, you people when going to reply for our problems... Till now i had posted 2 problems but your replies not solved yet. Please do reply soon, we need carry on with our work. This makes our launch slow. Hope you people understand. Below are the problems that we posted before and not solved yet... 1. To separate login, user registration and due to some additional features needed, we use Theme My Login plugin. All works fine, but before user login, if they straight goes to add listing, its still goes to old login page. How to redirect to custom login page. We want to use editor account also to do manual publishing or to manage geocraft settings. We created the editor account assign the role as editor. Whenever we login, other wordpress functions work fine, but on listing and geocraft settings showing nothing. How to allow editor account also to manage listings and geocraft settings. For this also nitesh reply once but not solved. Please guide us... Thanks you.
Hi Nitesh, I tell you, your support team all not capable persons. Don't know how to solve the problems. Especially you colleague Harmeet Singh. Is he really capable to do support. I had go through all his replies in some threads. Simple ask people to look for freelancer to some jobs even it is simple and easy which can be done at your end. How you people can expect that with your raw theme people just can change info and publish. Of course need have some customization to suit our needs. Its already few weeks gone, creating threads, and keep on follow up you people. But cant even proper reply or solve the problem. He try to tell WordPress have limitation. What and where got limitation. Its a platform where we can do how want it. The theme makes limitation. Of course Editor account comes with some WordPress roles. But how come your theme's functions can be controlled. Means there are some codes control them where only Admin account can view and publish listing manually from WordPress Dashboard. So before do any reply check, test and give reply with respect as Support Team. Kindly take note above points. People are buying your theme to have a better support. Hello, We are here to provide support on themes existing features. It is not possible for us to provide customized support for additional features. If we talk about Geocraft theme. We are regularly updating it. We have added multiple new features, which are not available initially with the theme. But it is quite time consuming for us to provide customized support for any particular site.
I think you guys provide excellent support! It sometimes boggles my mind that people ask for support when in reality, they expect you to customize. I bought your package. I read the terms and clearly understood that you would provide support and troubleshoot with issues directly related to the themes options, NOT customization's. The templates are all "turn key" you load them, you change images and add your text. You use the plugins and menus that come with the template. You request basic changes like, removing something or adding something, changing fonts, colors, sizes....etc. That is the way I understood it when I purchased the package. I can't believe some of the posts I read on here where people are making major changes and expect you to give them FREE instructions on how to customize a template for their client. InkThemes already designed the template for you! If you don't like the support, design your own template.
