Support Installing/Uploading BlackBird PRO to Existing WordPress Account

Dear Support Staff,

I recently purchased BlackBird Pro as an upgrade to my existing BlackBird trial version, but when I tried to upload it via the "Install Themes" tab on my WordPress site it gave me the following message:

Installing the theme…
The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the <code>style.css</code> stylesheet.
Theme install failed.

I am not technologically savvy enough to know what the problem is. To get to this point I logged into my InkThemes profile, navigated to the list of files I have access to, clicked on the blackbird.zip file, downloaded it, and then tried to install it as I mentioned above. Am I missing a step?

Once it is installed, will the capabilities for multiple sliders and social media icons automatically appear?

This problem is not in our theme.
If you are facing the problem to upload the theme
then could you please provide the following information listed below.

I have the same problem ...The theme is missing the <code>style.css</code> stylesheet. if I want to install Businessgrowtheme!!
