Home Page opaque logo bar missing

We just installed Butterbelly after our trial. Bar is missing. Any suggestions?

 

To clarify, the bar at the top is there, but it is white and the demo of the site shows that bar as translucent and the photos are up behind that bar. Not happening on our installation. I have attached a screen shot because I have the Ultimate Coming Soon plugin activated and enabled. And yes, I deactivated all of the plugins and nothing changed. I even deleted the theme files and reinstalled them.

We had the trial version originally, and I deleted those files before I installed the premium theme files we purchased.

Any ideas?

I am experiencing the same problem, the top is plain white instead of a partial transparency.

and follow the instructions as shown in image given below

Yes, If you don't want any static page.
It is a default setting of WordPress.

 

Not sure what happened, but that translucent bar has disappeared again. I double checked and the Reading/Front Page Displays is set to "latest posts." It was working before, and now it is not. Any clues?

I just deactivated the Coming Soon plugin, and I just reinstalled the butterbelly theme files. Still no translucent bar. Help! Thanks.
