    I have made an update to a plugin on my Appointway Pro Theme that was suggested by InkThemes and now the look of the entire maig page of my theme has changed. I do not want this. How can I change back to what I had???

    Sure, what has changed is the appointment form on the main page. We created a custom form to replace the one that comes with the theme (to make it smaller) and now that we updated the theme our custom form has been removed and the default one has taken over again. Our web address is www.pcnetworked.com
    Thank you,

    There are tabs that are overlapping on the site. There is a main tab (IT Services & Solutions) then you click on Managed IT Services then Healthcare IT , when you click on Healthcare IT there are tabs that come up , however, they are overlapping to the left rather than opening normally to the right so that it is readable. How can I fix this? Thanks

    Hello,

    Paste this code in Custom CSS
    Appearance > Theme Option > Styling Option > Custom CSS

    Code:
    #menu .ddsmoothmenu li ul li ul{
    margin-left:2px;
    }
    Adjust its value as per your requirements.

    It's still not working. It only works if I zoom out of the screen and make things smaller. If it's in normal view, it still does the same thing.

    Also, on the custom side bar on my pages, I would like to add bullet points and maybe a box surrounding it with a different background color. How would I do this? I have attached a screenshot. My site, as indicated above is www.pcnetworked.com

    Hello,

    For your first issue.
    I have visited your site but not found such issue.

    Please check image given below for reference.

    dropdown.png

    For bullet points at the sidebar.
    Please follow format given below to add bullets.

    Code:
    <ul>
    <li><a href="your link address">your text</a></li>
    </ul>
    After that Paste this code in Custom CSS
    Appearance > Theme Option > Styling Option > Custom CSS

    Code:
    .page_content .sidebar ul li {
    list-style-type: disc;}

    Well, the first issue continues to happen in my screen. It appears that the template is not responsive. As I explained in my previous post, when I zoom out of the screen it looks good, however, people visiting my site are not going to know to zoom in and out to see things correctly! Also, you provided me with two codes, do I need to add both codes to the CSS?? Tks.

    Also, as I indicated on a previous post I wanted to make the side bar more attractive by adding a box surrounding it as well as a blue background to match my site. Can I have a code for this as well?

    Hello,

    I have checked screenshot you have attached. You are using browser at 90% zoom. Set it to default 100% zoom.
    Template is 100% responsive. Please check your site in devices with multiple resolutions. It will look fine.
    Check image given below for reference.

    90zoom.png

    For code i have posted above.
    You have added text widget in the sidebar.
    So the first code it to add in the sidebar text widget and add second one in the custom css.

    Thanks & Regards

    ok, tks. The problem with the zoom I cannot resolve. I have switched the zoom to 100% and the problem remains the same. The only way that I can see it correctly is if I set the zoom to 67%. However, I don't want whoever is viewing my site to have the same problem. They will not know to change the zoom!

    I have added the codes that you provided for the bullets , however, this is creating a new set of bullets and text underneath the text that I already have there. How do I add the bullets to the text that I already have on the side bar? and how can I add a custom box surrounding the text? Tks.

    Hello,

    We have checked your website and it seems that
    at sidebar you have added text in <p> tag. That's why bullets are not showing.
    Please follow <li>format given in the post #13 . It will resolve your issue.
