Contact Us not working

Hello Sir,

I am unable to receive respond thru my web enquiry. What could have been the problem ?
Please help. Would removing "Our Location" caused this problem ? Do advise.

Go to
Settings > General > E-mail Address

and enter your email id there and if already entered then replace with another email id and check it is working or not.

Hello Sir,

by default 2 email address was there without a comma, one is mine and the other is the owner. In short is was a very long email id with 2 alias.
Thank you .. problem solved !!

 

i have the same problem

the contact us form does not deliver email, although i get a response of

"Thanks, your email was sent successfully."

i have set the email address in settings -> general -> email ...
what else can i check into?

Hello,

You can check your form with another email id ( put your another email id in the Settings -> General -> E-mail Address section and then check your issue) and
also please check the contact leads in the spam box of your email.

 

i have done both ... changed email, and checked spam
is there something else i can do at the server level to make sure the message was delivered?

Go to template-contact.php present in your theme directory and replace current code

Please contact to your service provider, Sometimes due to security reasons they deactivate the mailing functionality. They will activate your mailing functionality.

Hi Gourav. I fixed it myself. I went to my hosting account, cpanel, and changed my email settings. Don't ask me how because I was all over the place trying to figure it out and made so many changes. Thanks
