Hello! I have a big problem on our existing wordpress-site. After installing the Infoway Pro Theme, the side crashes in every Browser without any further information. The Administration-View is possible, but when I go to the main side, the server freezes and crash. The Infoway Lite Theme works fine, but the issue is with the Pro Theme. I'm using the latest WordPress Version 8.3. May you have any suggestions, what the Problem is?
Hello, Firstly deactivate all the plugins from your WordPress after installing the Infoway Lite Theme and then download the fresh copy of Infoway Pro Theme from the members area (http://inkthemes.com/members/member) and, upload and activate it in your dashboard. Ok, problem can be solved, if open_basedir restriction is deactivated. But why does the free-Theme work, and the Pro Theme not with open_basedir restriction?
