Facebook plugin not overlaying theme

Hi, I've added the facebook (official) plugin to the site. It added the like button below every post. However, the box showing th comment does not render/show correctly in the theme. see image. How can I correct this ? thanks

I also wish to put the official facebook plugin to the website. I was able (thank you) to put away the "Leave a reply". How can i add the facebook tool comments?
