Removing Circle Images

I was able to remove the circle images, but on some computers it shows up as an outline of a circle. I'd like to remove both. How do I do so?

Also, the links don't seem to be working in that section. After adding a link, clicking on the image just makes it stays on the home page.

To remove circle paste this code in Custom CSS
Appearance > Theme Option > Styling Option > Custom CSS

.feature-content .feature-content-inner .feature-content-text .circle img {
display: none;
}

Theme don't have featured image clickable.
To make it please download "front-page.php' attached and replace it with your current front page file.

So I guess I didn't mean I only want to click on the image. Clicking on the heading is fine too. I have links in every section, but when I click on the heading, it stays on the home page instead of going to the link I provided.

I have made this change for featured image clickable (download "front-page.php' attached and replace it with your current front page file) but in the end, on the front page it appears now (instead of "contact form") an advertisement for FormGet.
Please help me to put the contact form back there.
I attach a picture in order to understand better what I mean.
