Expand menu bar to width of page

Hello I have a couple of questions. I searched through forum and I found a question similar but user had received answer via email.
1. I would like to know how can I expand the menu bar width across the my site?
2. For the pages other than homepage I would like to have a picture I found the code in the forum and inserted it but nothing showed up here is css code I used (.header_container.not_home{
background:url("");
}
3. In the 3 feature column on homepage how can I change the READ MORE to something else?

Hello,

1) Download "header.php" file attached and replace it with your existing file.
2) The code you are using is correct. Please check your image url. Whether it is correct or not.
3) For this open roadfightertheme\functions\define_template.php and make changes there.
Check image for reference.

I have another issue now, the drop down for my submenu will not open up under About Us and Authorization Forms.

We have visited your website the problem is occurring due to any one of the plugin you are using, Deactivate all plugins one by one and checkout which plugin creating this problem.
