turkish language character support

hello,the theme doesnt support special characters like "ışğüçö"
can you help me please

Hello Gourav, actualy the theme is working on localhost, in the turkish wordpress version. there is not other problem but turkish characters like "ışğüçö" are not supported.

 

the characters in the photo who looks like a square are one of those "ışğüçö" characters
