HELP PLZ!!! Theme is messing up html codes on page.

Dear InkTheme genius,

We have an application form, created with Zoho CRM web form code, in a page in wordpress here http://www.labmad.co/apply-now/. LabMad is built using Startpoint theme.

We also use the same code for another site, built from a theme I bought from you as well, the BizWay theme, and it is working properly. You can see it here http://www.roboterra.co/camps/apply-now/

So the issue: The application form, which is code from our own Zoho CRM web form code, on this page of Startpoint theme, both its format and submission messed up.

How I know it is related to this theme:
1. It is not caused by plug-ins (i have deactivated all and add back one after one and found no issue from plug-ins)

2. The Roboterra.co application form used to have a messed up format as well, but I installed "always edit in html" in both sites and Roboterra (Bizway theme) works properly. Labmad (Startpoint theme) is not working.

3. I also installed "javascript on every page" and added page-apply-now.js into root / theme folder, as suggested by other Wordpress users. Again, Bizway had the form working properly but not Startpoint.

4. I also compared the codes in chrome's "view source", and found that the differences are that Labmad application form is not exactly the code from Zoho CRM web form code. There were extra lines, and it seems the code of <mnfiled> was miss-added mysteriously in the end. It seems that Startpoint theme is always pluggin in some <table> or <tr> codes into my code, and also moving the positions of code from the sniphet into different/wrong places.

PLEASE HELP ME:
Take a look of the Startpoint theme on my website and how can make the application form on this page http://www.labmad.co/apply-now/ let its formatting showing properly, and also let its data submission working properly, as how things should be on Bizway theme, such as http://www.roboterra.co/camps/apply-now/

We have checked your website and its seems that you have added table in a post that,s why this issue is occurring, Use "Default Template" for your table. It will solve your issue.

Of course we used the default template for this page. And indeed you saw the issue ---- somehow the theme is pluggin in wrong table codes at random places into the code we want to paste. Can you please help? The code is working perfectly on other themes after we installed certain html plug-ins. But not working on this theme.
