Lead Capture Form not sending email

Hi, I have successfully implemented this theme except for one problem: the lead capture form does not send emails to the specified email address in the lead capture settings. although it does capture the details in the csv file. What could be the problem? Please assist. Thanks

This is not the issue of our theme.
I think this is the issue of your server.
You can contact with your service provider for this issue.
They will help you.

 

Hi, I'm also having an issue with the contact form sending. The funny thing is that the spam actually comes through but the legitimate requests, that I can see in the backend table, are nowhere to be seen in my email. Was there a fix to this issue? Also, is there a way to implement a redirect after the form has sent?
