Data import

Can you please advise on how to import data contained in a Excel file. The file contains 4 columns: Name, address, phone, website.

You can only import csv file. For it go to the
Geocraft settings > import/export

Thanks Nitesh, Excel can save in csv format. Is there a specific data structure, format, column order or name I need to follow? I've tried importing a basic business listing file with 4 columns but they don't show up.

 

Hello,

Go to the
Geocraft settings > import/export
Export demo csv file. Add your listings in it. Don't change title order.
And import it. It will work.

I have tried to do that with mine and it says IMPORT SUCCESSFUL but no data is shown on the business listings. Am I doing something wrong?
