favicon not showing

Hi-
I've used several Ink Themes and had no trouble with the favicon loading and showing in the address bar of the browser or on the tabs. Any idea what might be causing this? When I view the source code using the web inspector in Safari the link to the shortcut icon is there.

I'm also using the following plugins in this site: Dynamic Widgets, Form Maker Pro, Google Universal Analytics, and Regenerate Thumbnails.

I think this issue is occurring because of plugin.
Deactivate all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

Thanks Nitesh. That was in fact the problem. Now we have to decide whether the appearance of the favicon is more important than the use of the plugin.

There are multiple plugins available at WordPress.org.
You can search and alternate of plugin which is creating problem.
