Users are not able to access their dashboard

Hello,

Users are not able to access their dashboard on my site. They are getting below message when they click on my dashboard.

"You are not allowed to access this part of the site"

Please help to resolve this issue.

Note: Users are able to post Ads as usual, only dashboard is not accessible by them.
