Listings won't renew

No matter what I try, my listings keep expiring, and some of them won't even renew at all. I've gone through this forum's posts and tried solutions mentioned here including:

1. Adding code to my functions.php file
2. Deleting the theme and redownloading it and installing it again (several times)
3. Changing the length of time a listing can be renewed to 50 years
4. Changing the length of time a listing is active to 50 years.
5. Deleting the expiration date in the individual listings and then republishing the listing

None of these have worked!

I am at my wits end right now and am about to search for a different business directory theme if this can't be resolved. Obviously from the posts I've read here, this is not a new issue. Someone please tell me how to fix this today or I am dumping this theme and will never buy another theme from inkthemes again.

Thanks Pramod. Hopefully you can get this resolved quickly because as of right now I only have 3 active listings on my directory out of hundreds because I am unable to renew them. Please let me know as soon as this is resolved.

All free listings will renew as seen above in video and for all paid listing renew you have to paid again then it will renew.

Also, can you tell me exactly what you did so I can apply it to other directories that I use this theme on? Thank you
