Can't play videos

I'm new to wordpress - have just installed this theme. I have uploaded an MP4 video I get 'Error loading media file could not be played'
I uploaded an AVI file, it uploads then I get 'null' any help with this please ?

So does this even support an AVI file ?
I now get an MP4 file to upload but I get a message saying 100% uploading please wait.. been waiting hours so I assume it's getting stuck there ?

Latest update - I realise I have been trying to upload beyond my server limit, however, even though I am now within the limit, I still get the error message 'Error loading media file could not be played' ?? I'm sure I am missing something ?

Please download a fresh copy of latest theme from members area and upload it to your website.
That will resolve your issue.

ok, so do I first download the fresh copy then do I need to delete the old one ?

 

I only just installed this theme 3 days ago so I assume I am already using the latest version. this is the version I have installed VideoCraft WordPress Theme v1.2.4

Have reinstalled theme but it still will not play the video ?? it says uploaded successfully but does not appear or play

, Actually I have resolved the player issue - it would not allow in Google but it works in Google Chrome. I must have some setting issue on Google ?
The only issue now is the player will not allow playback in full screen. It shows the same size small video on a full screen page. I have tried this on another computer and it is the same problem. What can I do to change this ? Thanks

This problem is generally not occur in our theme.

This IS Occuring in your theme though. It will play a youtube embedded video in full screen but my uploaded videos will not play in full screen. Please will you look into this problem.

 

So my issue has still not been resolved... I can not play video in full screen on my pc or if I log in at another pc ?
