How do I obtain embed code

I have a pay per view plugin on my site. To protect my content from public view I need to insert the code that will invoke the video player - this code will go in between a shortcode I have been provided by the PPV plugin - the URL does not work for this - how do I obtain the code I need for the video ?

I understand how to use the plugin - my issue is I need the embed code or HTML - for my video - it is an uploaded video from my pc files not an embed from youtube - I was wondering how do you obtain the code that starts the video player ? If I use the URL I just get the thumbnail protected not the actual video - I have already asked the plugin developers but they ask me to get the code to invoke the player but I have no idea how to obtain this ?

You can find the embed code in single-video_listing.php and in single-post.php file.

Thank you- I am getting nearer to resolving the issue but I have looked into both these files and I just can not find the embed code ? Can you possibly tell me which line it is on ? This would help me very much

Thank you - I seem to have resolved this issue simply by uploading the actual video rather than the embed code. Hopefully I will have no more problems.
