Fullscreen videos playing in half the screen

When choosing to play a video fullscreen, the following image is displayed:


The image takes up the whole screen but the video is only on 50% of the screen. This occurs when using Safari and Chrome. Firefox works ok. I notice that the JW Player is version 6.7 but the current version is 6.10.

We have fixed this issue in theme and updated it to members area. So please download a fresh copy of latest theme from members area and upload it to your website.
That will resolve your issue.

The version I am currently running is 1.2.4.
In My Inkthemes account under Active Resources, the version available for download is 1.2.4.

Should I still update it? Is there a way to update it without erasing customisations entered into this theme?

 

Hello,

1. If you want to avoid full screen problem then you have to download a fresh copy of latest theme and upload it to your website.

2. You know where and what customisation you did so you have to do this again after theme update.

It will resolve your issue.

Hi,

I downloaded a fresh copy of the theme and replaced all files in the folder videocrafttheme with freshly downloaded files but it did not fix the problem of videos not playing in fullscreen properly in Safari and/or Chrome.

I have replaced every file contained in the videocrafttheme folder via FTP and checked every file after that to ensure that they had been updated but the problem still remains. My initial install is a recent install (less than a week old) so I am of the opinion that my initial installation was the most recent installation anyway. The current version number is 1.2.4 and my version number is 1.2.4. Can you please provide me a solution or send me directly an individual file to update as reloading the theme with fresh files from the members area has not resolved the problem.
