Does anyone has a good working Classicraft website?

Hi,

It's been 2 months since i purchased this theme and it's still not working properly. I listed about 17 issues and i just an amateur. I wonder what a good IT specialist would find.The support team has not been able to resolve all issues yet. I am loosing too much time. A honest company would have proceeded for refund along time ago.

I guess this is where I respond to you. It has been over a month for me. Even though the team is good in responding, my conclusion is one has to be an HTML/CSS expert, which is total Greek. I had no idea that Wordpress was this difficult. When I bought the theme, it is advertised that a site can be up and running within hours. Nowhere does it say "must be proficient at Wordpress". But I am refusing to give up. I really like the Classicraft format, and I will continue to depend on the forum support to make it successful. Good luck.

I have installed the latest version v 1.1.8 some days ago and it seems to be working well. Now i can start working on my website. Good luck to you also.

 

But a huge question remains. Every time they have a new version and we install it, don't we lose everything we have done? I have been at this for two months. Thanks.

i rejoiced myself to rapidly. There is still some issues with the v 1.1.8. Support team is looking to it. To be sure that every thing works ok, i re-installed ( wordpress with new database and the theme ). But we can also just reload the new theme and i think that we will not loose all the work ( not sure at 100%, inkthemes support is more competent to answer that). I will start working on my website when the theme will be ok. For now i am just checking that the theme works correctly and forwarding the issues to the support team. i think that they should pay me for that work. Good luck

I recently got the latest classicraft update which is supposed to fix bugs of previous versions and there are still lots of issues. Moreover there are issues that were not present in previous versions. Can i get refund please. It's been 3 months since i purchased and it is still not usable. I want a theme which is 100% usable. I an loosing a lot of time checking the theme.
