The problem was occurred in this theme. I have fixed it and updated in members area. Please download and update your theme from our members area. I could not find the update in the members area, I tried to download the theme again and install but could not becouse the folder already there. what should I do ? please be very specific: should I delete the theme folder an dreinstall? Thnak you
If Inkthemes released the updates correctly you would be able to do an update from the admin panel of Wordpress with no problems, this has been the case in the past but seems to have fallen by the wayside at the moment. I suggest that as a paying customer of this theme you complain to the developer/owner/support team in the strongest possible terms for a more professional approach to their software releases so that you don't have the sort of problems that you describe!
Now you can update your theme to the latest version (1.6.8) from admin panel of WordPress. It will resolve your issue.
