if i set Listing Active Period for 12 months. 1. What will happen if the client forget to update after 12 month? 2. how this Listing Active Period make its calculation, is it from the last update date or listing start date. 3. if from last update date, is that mean every 11 month (before 12 month) the client get update on their listing and Listing Active Period will recalculate for 12 month? 4. is it same effect on 3 kinds of listing - free, one time and recurring?

1) So, if I bulk upload and publish 100 new Free listings in January, and then in March I upgrade 10 to Pro/Paid accounts, how does the "publish date" get revised to March? And where could that get changed if it needed to be adjusted manually? 2) Same question as original poster, on what schedule does the automatic client notification get sent out prior to expiry and where can we see and/or customize that auto-message? 1) Listing can only be renewed after expiry. 2) After expiry listing will show pending status. 3) Client will receive single mail after listing expiry. 1) Listing Activation Period will be calculated from the date of publishing. If you are upgrading listing from free to pro then you have to edit its publishing date manually. 2)Go to Theme directory \ library \ controls open listing-expiry.php file and edit expiry notification message (line no 40, 93) from there.
