Could you please help me to resolve my issue with items for one category not showing on the home page. I have totally 5 categories and 7 sales items showing on the home page. The 2 items in the category CHURCH are not showing on the Home Page, all others are OK. Not sure why this is happening? Are there limits of how many categories you can have?
Hi, For your information, a category will display on the homepage only if it is assigned to any product. If you create a category and have not assigned it to any product, then that category will not be displayed in the homepage. Thanks, Praveen
Thanks for your reply Praveen, There are 2 products assigned to the Category "Church". The "Church" category also shows up on the homepage and when you click on it, the 2 products will show. My question is, why are these 2 products not showing automatically as all the others? At this time only 7 out of 9 products are showing. Hello, For your information, when you open your website, all the product related to the first category will be displayed. In case of your website, the first category is Home. So it will display all the product assigned to the home category. To see the product related to other category, you must have to click on the other available categories. Hope I made it clear to you.
