Thank You for your reply Paullan. I am sure as Nitin says that there are many satisfied customers when the site is up & running ! It does take a long while for the assistance needed to get to that stage to be perfectly honest. I am happy with the theme as I see it working on the You Tube videos but would ideally think a company who are selling this product X amount per day/per hour that if forum based assistance is the first point of contact I feel there should be more support workers in general to meet demand. Glad your site is all sorted, just out of interest how long did it take? The concern I have is waiting for the problems to be sorted that it could go over the cool off period and I will then not be able to get a refund. While I appreciate Nitin's reply I would like to know the cool off period time frame. Thanks again
Hello Nitin, While I appreciate your reply and understand that you are doing your best, I would still like you to inform me of the cool off period as I would not want to wait for your assistance only to find that it is unable to fix the issue and I am unable to get a refund.
