Remove this page from theme

Please remove this from the template. I have some different login options for it. Please let me know what to do so that i can do it or i will give you my login credentials for the same. Please help

 

Registration and login will be handled by some other plugin and not inkmember. Thanks

Sorry but the problem is not yet solved. Actually when password reset option doesnt work as it opens login and registration panel of your theme. hence i want to disable it. Please help its a membership site. Thanks
