Styling Options does not work

I'm creating a new website http://www.klub-heo-zagreb.hr/ on harringtontheme-child. Child topic I set as recommended by the program.
Styling Options feature does not respond to the changed settings.

Would you please deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

I have checked, plugins are not causing the problem. The problem is somewhere else.
