Lead capture form

Hi

The lead capture form on our Blackriders site has stopped working. All the information seem to be entered correctly still but no messages sent via the form are reaching the email address.

Can you let me know how to fix it or alternatively how to remove it from view please?

Its the contact form on the contact page here http://www.originallaserstudio.co.uk/contact/

I would be perfectly happy if there was just a bit of code that would hide the form and the captcha field.

Below is the code for that... you just need to paste the code given below in Custom CSS section (Appearance -> Theme Options -> Styling Options -> Custom CSS) of your dashboard.

}
