Hello Bruno,

That's actually your paged menu and you can simply create and configure your paged menus from Dashboard->Appearance->Menus

You can make your custom linked menus appear on the pages of your site.

Please refer the video tutorial of configuring menus in our theme:

I solved the problem, going to : Dashboard->Appearance->Menu Structure, in Web address add /index.php/.
example : /index.php/#page-top
