Always Says: "Not Available" for times

Hi,

I was just testing out your plugin and I cannot get it to allow me to set up an appointment. Dates work fine - times show "not available" as soon as date is selected. I am using Layers (https://www.layerswp.com/) for my theme - do you know of any incompatibility?

Had some time today to look at this and I think it's a server config issue. I think the ajax call for getting the available times is not working. Can you tell me what page (URL) the script is accessing during its ajax call for available times so I can check what the response actually is?

 

You do realise that you have to select a service before you can select a time?

Yes, thanks, I can select a service and a date, but then time always shows "not available". I think my problem is the response from the server on an ajax call for the open times.

 

Hmmm same issue here. "Not Available" comes up no matter what I do. I'll send the info as stated above.

 

Did you configure the time slots properly from the plugin's backend options?
If yes then, Would you please check your site by disabling other plugins once.

It seems some other plugins are conflicting the functionality of ours.

I've got the same issue. It's all set up properly but no times available. When I click on manual appointments in the Dashboard the form appears perfectly. Please respond.

You will be able to figure it out.
