I have exactly the same issue. ---------------------------------- Installing Plugin from uploaded file: appointway-pro.zip Unpacking the package… Installing the plugin… The package could not be installed. You must install the files under Dashboard-> Appearance->Themes-> Add New. Thank you for your response, Nitin. I am not installing a theme. I am trying to install the Ink Appointment plugin. When I log in, this is the screen I get. There is no path Dashboard-> Appearance->Themes-> Add New. Hi, Hope you are doing good...! I would like to let you know that appointway-pro.zip which you are having in your member's area is the .zip folder of the AppointWay theme. The InkAppointment plugin which you are looking for is included in the theme package itself and to install it, you can just follow the attached screenshot. So overall, the steps would be:- 1. Download the appointway-pro.zip theme from member's area and install it from Dashboard-> Appearance->Themes-> Add New. 2. Thanks for your help, Nitin, but all you had to tell me right at the start was that appointway-pro.zip is a theme, not a plugin. Put yourself in the customer's shoes. Your product is advertised as a plugin. I believe that I'm buying a plugin. I get no information telling me otherwise. When I log in, I see a file called appointway-pro.zip. There is nothing there to tell me it's a theme. So naturally, I assume it's a plugin. I download it and attempt to install it as a plugin and it doesn't work. All this could be prevented by a few words of explanation in your member's area. Not how to install a theme or how to install a plugin. We can all do that. Just the fact that appointway-pro.zip is a theme.
