Listing Categories don't display in Menu

Hello

I'm trying to create the categories to show up in the menu. I've followed the links in the other threads, and, the reason it won't work is because when I go to appearance, menu, there is NO listings category. I only have 4 options, Pages, Posts, Custom Links and Categories. Please advise.

 

Found it... for anyone else, click screen options at the top!

 

I will make note of that as my categories are not showing either.

Me too... same problem.. after creating a full list of Categories, there is no pull down menu on my home page for a visitor to select a Category. I sent my LOGIN IN credentials to your email.

 

How does the drop down menu show when someone creates a new listing? So far only the listings starting with an "A" show up on my page. I have done a screen shot for you to see. There is also no instructions in the documentation to make them all show up. I did check the screen options per one of the above comments and that is not the issue. ps .I found it! It scrolls - the only problem I see is that some people will not know to scroll. Is there a way to add some text below it where it says "select a category for this listing" I'd like people to also know they can choose more than one category. I may do a tutorial for people but for now would be happy to have some easy text instructions.

p.s.s. One more thing: how can I edit the button at the top that says post your listing at $ I'd like it to say "Submit Your Listing Here"
