Spiritslist.info When someone goes and puts a free listing on, they add their photos. When I go to the dashboard and click publish - the photos are gone. Any suggestions? Thanks!
Go to the Geocraft settings > Custom fields and edit "select images" field from there. There is an option "Enable for free listing" enable free listing from there.Follow same process for other images too. All images will automatically display after listing published.
Thank you for getting back so quickly. I was able to check the free listing on the image boxes, but the first image selection does not have the option to enable for free listing? Am I missing something? Thanks
The first image is a default image and it will appear all the time. So there is no "Hide Image Option for Free Listing" on first image.
Go to geocrafttheme\library\front_end \ listing_submit_form.php and cut code from line number 384 and paste it at line number 387 as shown in image. If you are not comfortable with editing, then you can download updated theme from your members area. It will resolve your issue.
Thankyou. I do not mind editingbut I think I'd rather do the update. On wordpress, it doesn't show an update available for this theme. My hosting company says I have a problem with a line of code already, (I have started a new thread for that) and suggested I update my theme. I am using 1.7.0 Is there an updated theme? Or do I need re-install the theme. And if I do need to re-install, will all of my edits disappear?
It is not a version update so you can't find any updation on your dashboard. You can download updated theme from your members area. But i personally suggest you, There is no need to update theme for this little change. Just follow the process given in previous post. It will resolve image uploading issue.
