This does not appear to be a WXR file, missing/invalid WXR version number

    Hi I am getting this error when I upload the xml and json files:
    "This does not appear to be a WXR file, missing/invalid WXR version number"
    The files are
    cookerywasher.json
    cookerywasher.xml
    This happened to someone else on this forum and someone fixed the files. Can you do the same for ours or let us know how to get round the issue.

    Hello,

    Try to upload these files via Ink Import Export plugin.

    Just visit your members area: https://www.inkthemes.com/members/member

    Get download the zip file of your theme along with JSON and XML files, also download Ink Import Export plugin zip file.

    Now, visit your WordPress Dashboard->Appearance->Themes->Add New->Upload

    Upload & activate the theme, by using our import export plugin, you can upload the demo contents (XML and JSON).

    I hope you find the above information helpful.

    If you will unable to upload those files, please send the below-mentioned credential details at [email protected] along with the thread link.

    Hi Akbar, front page not loading correctly, none of the highlightd buttons work...
    ALL/Customized/Front Control/Fully Intergrated/Hidden Controls.

    Please could you look into this as we would like to start working on the site.

    I am having trouble finding the InkTheme Import & Export plugin in the Wordpress directory. Any other suggestions?

    I have just uploaded required files to your member account.

    Just visit your members area: https://www.inkthemes.com/members/member

    Download the zip file of the Ink Import Export plugin.

    Now, visit your WordPress Dashboard->Plugins->Add New->Upload

    Upload & activate the Ink Import Export plugin.
