I have been charged for two themes when I only purchased one

    First, I have purchased the Golf Coach theme called BigDream. I have noticed I was charged twice for the theme by Inktheme.com . Would like to request a credit to my credit card please.

    Second, I have logged into my account on inkthemes and downloaded the zip file for BigDreams theme. Since I am a not very familiar with downloading themes, I may have miss the exe file, but I am not able to find the exe file. I am trying to download the theme to my Godaddy account, but am lost on how to do it. Thanks for the help!

    I would like to tell you that - WordPress doesn't support exe file. It only supports zip file to upload the theme.

    To upload the theme and it's demo content, Just visit your members area: https://www.inkthemes.com/members/member

    Get download the files which are highlighted in the screenshot.

    Now, visit your WordPress Dashboard->Appearance->Themes->Add New->Upload

    Upload & activate the theme, by using our import export plugin, you can upload the demo contents (XML and JSON).
